Job summary

Donaldson offers a three-year Operations Development Program designed for new graduates to build careers in manufacturing operations management, engineering, or supply chain. You will rotate through three U.S. plant locations, tackling projects that improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost while learning lean principles.

In year three you may move into a leadership role at a third plant location. Relocation assistance is available, and the program aims to create a strong professional network

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business or related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher upon graduation.
• Willingness to rotate every year to a new U.S. location and mobility for at least three years.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 3-year rotational leadership program across multiple U.S. plant locations.
• Lead projects to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost while applying lean principles.
