Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States seeks a Business Operations Manager to lead delivery operations, align with Payroll, Billing, Customer Service, and partners, and drive performance and continuous improvement across functions. Travel to client sites and offices is required.

You will develop scalable processes, monitor KPIs, manage recruitment and onboarding programs, ensure compliance, and lead technology adoption to optimize order fulfillment and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, or a related field.
• Travel up to 40% to client locations and offices.
• Experience leading recruitment and operational programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers using data and forecasts.
• Use data to optimize order distribution and resource allocation for fulfillment and performance.
• Manage job board partnerships and posting strategy; evaluate usage and effectiveness.
• Identify trends in attrition, retention, attendance, and recruiting effectiveness; partner with leaders on improvements.
• Support new client implementations, including onsite setup, go-live, and post-go-live operations.
• Oversee compliance with policies, regulations, audits, and internal controls.
