Responsibilities

• Coordinate pilot schedules, assignments and rotations across multiple markets.
• Communicate with pilots and clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
• Monitor upcoming assignments and proactively identify scheduling issues.
• Manage last-minute crew changes, cancellations and schedule adjustments.
• Coordinate pilot travel, positioning, and other operational requirements.
• Follow up to obtain confirmations and availability from pilots.
• Maintain accurate crew records and scheduling information.
• Collaborate with recruiting, compliance, payroll and operations teams.
• Escalate issues promptly and propose solutions when possible.
• Provide occasional early-morning, evening, weekend, or urgent support when required.
