Job summary

flyExclusive is seeking a Scheduling Manager to optimize flight schedules across the fleet, coordinating maintenance windows, crews, and flight control to maximize aircraft availability.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking, with responsibility for cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and improve productivity. This position requires adaptability to a fast-paced environment and night shift scheduling as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or Equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; provide two forms of Federal Identification.
• Background check including verification of previous employment, education, criminal history, and other relevant information.

Responsibilities

• Design flight schedule based on demand, available aircraft, crew availability and operational requirements.
• Recover flights during IROP’s.
• Coordinate with crew logistics and schedulers for crew duty times.
• Maintain a high level of communication between stakeholders and leadership.
• Support operations to ensure accurate information reaches the right people.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision-making to optimize operations.
• Anticipate and resolve issues.
• Ensure trip sheets are issued timely and trips are optimized for fleet utilization.
