Job summary

Lyon Aviation is seeking a Flight Coordinator to manage aircraft and flight crew schedules, coordinate with clients and vendors, and oversee trip logistics to ensure safe, legal operations. The role requires strong organization, exceptional service, and the ability to adapt to changing schedules.

You will work closely with pilots, owners, and maintenance teams, handling communications, documentation, and on-call coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate aircraft and flight crew schedules.
• Communicate with clients, pilots, aircraft owners, vendors, and internal team members.
• Arrange trip logistics, including airport services, landing permissions, customs and overflight requirements, catering, ground transportation, and crew and passenger services.
• Review trip requirements to ensure regulatory compliance and operational legality, including aircraft and crew requirements, passenger vetting, and flight documentation.
• Monitor crew flight, duty, and rest requirements.
• Track flights and communicate schedule changes and operational updates.
• Anticipate potential issues, adapt to changing schedules, and help resolve challenges as they arise.
• Provide exceptional service while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
