Qualifications

• Experience in security operations, emergency response, or a related high-volume field preferred.
• Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, real-time environment.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available).
• Openness to 2nd and 3rd shift, as well as weekend days.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain business continuity across Epic's global campuses.
• Monitor real-time alerts and manage access and security systems.
• Oversee building operations from the Facilities Command Center.
• Identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data.
• Coordinate emergency responses during disruptions like natural disasters.
