Job summary

V2X Inc is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for incoming employees, guiding them through onboarding and helping them integrate into a collaborative, inclusive, and productive culture.

The role focuses on coordinating end-to-end onboarding, maintaining candidate records in ATS/CMS, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries while complying with background checks and I-9 requirements for US hires.

Qualifications

• Education: High School degree/GED.
• Experience: At least 1 year experience working in HR, Recruiting, or global service center.
• A track record of demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability.
• Experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
• Knowledge of OFCCP, EEOC and AAP guidelines.
• Knowledge of the full-cycle recruiting process.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the end-to-end onboarding process, including monitoring of new hire forms and tasks, travel (as required), and coordination of pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including workflow status updates, candidate notes, and required actions
• Respond to candidate inquiries within established timelines.
• Review background checks and medical screenings to determine eligibility.
• Complete I-9 work authorization for US-based hires to satisfy federal employment regulations
• Participate in meetings with the program team and Talent Acquisition to review status of incoming hires
• Perform special projects as needed or assigned.
