Worldwide Flight Services is seeking a recruiting coordinator to work with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to facilitate interviews, coordinate onboarding tasks, and maintain accurate records. The role supports compliance with hiring policies and procedures in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an administrator, assistant, office agent or recruiting coordinator.
• Prior experience with HRIS/ATS is preferred.
• SAP SuccessFactors experience is a plus.
• Strong computer systems and Excel skills are preferred.
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation.

Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with new hires, including airport badging and onboarding.
• Manage candidate communications, schedule interviews and assessments, and track progress in the hiring pipeline.
• Track new hire progress to ensure pre-employment activities are completed timely.
• Coordinate with Recruiting, Operations and Training to ensure readiness for hire on day one.
• Assist new hires during onboarding and badging and direct them to relevant departments for questions.
