The ideal candidate has 3+ years in recruiting coordination within SaaS/tech, excels in fast-paced environments, and can manage multiple concurrent searches with strong organizational skills and ATS experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Recruiting Coordinator experience in a tech-based environment.
• Experience within a SaaS, software, startup, or technology-driven environment.
• Proven success in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment.
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent requisitions and interview processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience utilizing ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday in Marina Del Rey.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule high-volume interviews across multiple teams and hiring managers.
• Support recruiters throughout the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and corporate hiring.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the interview process.
• Manage complex interview scheduling and calendar coordination.
• Maintain candidate records and ATS data accuracy.
• Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams to keep hiring processes moving efficiently.
• Coordinate background checks, offer logistics, and onboarding activities.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from application through hire.
• Assist with recruiting operations and process improvement initiatives as the organization continues to scale.
