Job summary

Veros Credit, LLC is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding. You will collaborate with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and candidates to ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience from application through onboarding.

Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, maintaining the ATS, sourcing candidates, coordinating offers and background checks, and assisting with HRIS data entry.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or related field preferred.
• Experience coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates and Hiring Managers.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); iCIMS experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS.
• Assist with sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through job boards, social platforms, and referrals.
• Support onboarding with pre-employment documents and HRIS data entry.
