Job summary

JLL in the United States seeks a Director of Global Occupancy Planning & Management to lead strategic space planning across APAC, LATAM and AMER, aligning portfolio objectives with client needs.

You will manage a global occupancy planning team, drive data-driven space solutions, and partner with facilities, projects and client stakeholders to optimize real estate performance while delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field required.
• 8-15 years of experience in corporate environment with leadership responsibility.
• Experience in strategic space/occupancy planning and space data management with diverse regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of multiple regions while driving consistency and excellence across global portfolios.
• Manage global occupancy planning account budget across APAC, LATAM, and AMER.
• Own and manage multi-regional relationships with executive-level clients.
• Lead crisis response efforts during urgent account situations and maintain client confidence.
• Drive process improvements and champion innovation in occupancy planning methodologies.
