Job summary

JLL seeks a Director of Global Occupancy Planning & Management to lead strategic space planning across APAC, LATAM, and AMER, delivering best practices and data-driven solutions for client real estate portfolios.

You will guide a global team, manage budgets, and collaborate with facilities, projects, MAC, and stakeholders to align space programs with portfolio objectives while maintaining client trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field required.
• MBA preferred for strategic leadership and business acumen.
• 8–15 years of corporate experience with leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of multiple regions with consistency and innovation across global portfolios.
• Manage global occupancy planning budgets across APAC, LATAM, and AMER.
• Lead global occupancy planning teams and set performance metrics across time zones.
• Drive space planning, data management, and risk-informed decision-making for client objectives.
