Job summary

JLL is seeking a Director of Global Occupancy Planning & Management to lead multi-regional space planning initiatives for APAC, LATAM, and AMER. You will drive data-driven planning, manage an international team, and partner with client real estate teams to align with portfolio objectives.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration across global real estate portfolios. On-site roles are located in Armonk, NY and other NY-area locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8–15 years of corporate leadership experience across multiple regions.
• Experience in strategic space/occupancy planning and data management.
• Proven budget management and revenue growth in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight across APAC, LATAM, and AMER regions with consistent global standards.
• Lead a global team of occupancy planners across regions with clear performance metrics.
• Drive crisis response and risk-informed decisions in urgent account situations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with facilities, projects, and client stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
