Job summary

Transaction Network Services is seeking a technically skilled Field Support professional to ensure stability and availability of the Financial Markets infrastructure. You will resolve complex IP network issues, coordinate with Cisco and Juniper TAC, and provide high-quality service to customers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring, incident management, ticket triage, and hands-on configuration of Cisco, Arista, and Juniper devices.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience troubleshooting networks and NOC environments.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, MPLS and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, RIP, IS-IS).
Hands-on configuration experience with Cisco, Arista and Juniper devices.
ITIL certification or familiarity with ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote technical support for global IP networks including TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS.
Configure and troubleshoot Cisco, Arista and Juniper routers and switches; coordinate with Cisco/Juniper TAC.
Manage incidents, raise tickets, perform triage using runbooks, and escalate to NOC engineers as needed.
Coordinate network maintenance and change management activities per policy; participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
Support incident resolution to minimize service impact and restore stability.
Engage with customers and vendors to ensure clear communication and timely resolution.
