Transaction Network Services in the United States is seeking a Field Support Engineer to sustain IP network infrastructure for Financial Markets. You will provide on-site support, monitor networks, and handle incident tickets with urgency and professionalism.

The role requires hands-on experience with Cisco, Arista and Juniper devices, proficiency in TCP/IP, VPN, MPLS, and strong communication with clients and internal teams. Familiarity with ITIL processes and NOC operations is a plus.

Competenze

• Networking knowledge including TCP/IP, VPN, MPLS, and routing protocols.
• Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco, Arista, and Juniper devices.
• ITIL certification and familiarity with ticketing/NOC processes.
• Experience supporting external customers in a financial/enterprise environment.
• Computer Science or related degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide on-site support for global TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS networks.
• Troubleshoot Cisco/Arista/Juniper routers and switches.
• Coordinate with Cisco/Juniper TAC for escalation.
• Raise and manage incident tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Work in a 24x7 IP Desk team with rotating on-call support.
