Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking a Field Support professional to deliver technical and non-technical product support for Financial Markets infrastructure. You will resolve complex IP network issues, coordinate with Cisco/Juniper TAC, and provide ongoing incident management and escalation on a 24x7 basis.

The role requires hands-on experience with routers/switches (Cisco/Arista/Juniper), a solid understanding of TCP/IP, VPN, MPLS, and routing protocols, and a background in NOC

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience with troubleshooting circuits.
