Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) seeks a Field Support Engineer to ensure stability and availability of the Financial Markets infrastructure. You will work with global IP routing, hardware, and vendor TAC, providing incident management and escalation where needed.

The role requires hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco, Arista and Juniper gear, coordination with NOC, and strong communication with external customers in a 24x7 rotation.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS networks.
• Experience with large scale enterprise networks and routing protocols.
• ITIL Certification and experience with NOC environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote support for global IP networks.
• Raise and manage incident tickets; coordinate with TAC and vendors.
• Perform network troubleshooting and change management per policy.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure service quality.
