Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking a Field Support engineer to help sustain global IP services, incident management, and network operations for Financial Markets infrastructure. You will work with Cisco, Arista, and Juniper gear to resolve complex routing and hardware issues, coordinate with vendor TAC, and maintain routine tickets.

In this customer-facing role, you will join a 24x7 global team, participate in change management, and ensure high availability of core network services

Qualifications

• Strong TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS networking knowledge.
• Experience with configuring Cisco, Arista and Juniper devices.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and NOC operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical or non-technical product support to customers.
• Perform second-level network troubleshooting and vendor coordination.
• Raise and track incident tickets and escalate with engineering as needed.
• Support 24x7 IP Desk coverage on a rotation basis and after-hours escalation.
