Job summary

Transaction Network Services in Arizona seeks a Field Support engineer to provide on-site and ongoing IP network support for global customers. You will manage incidents, configure Cisco/Arista/Juniper gear, and coordinate with vendors.

The role requires 3–5 years in network operations, ITIL knowledge, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset. You'll join a 24x7 rotating team and support TCP/IP, VPN, MPLS, and market data exchange in Financial Markets.

Qualifications

• Experience with TCP/IP, VPN, MPLS networks.
• Familiar with routing protocols such as OSPF/BGP/EIGRP/RIP/IS-IS.
• ITIL certification or knowledge.
• 3–5 years in network operations or NOC.
• Experience in financial markets support is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote network support and incident management.
• Perform second-level troubleshooting with Cisco, Arista, and Juniper gear.
• Raise incidents in the ticketing system and coordinate with NOC.
• Monitor event management systems and respond to customer inquiries.
• Work in a 24x7 rotating global IP Desk team.
• Ensure changes follow Change Management policy.
