Transaction Network Services seeks a skilled Field Support professional to join the Global IP Desk, delivering on-site and remote support for large-scale TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS networks. You will troubleshoot routing issues and coordinate with Cisco/Juniper TAC, vendors, and engineering teams to ensure rapid service restoration.

You will be part of a 24x7 rotating NOC team, handling incident management, change coordination, and customer communications while maintaining high reliability for

Qualifications

• Strong TCP/IP routing knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco/Arista/Juniper equipment.
• Exposure to IP networking protocols (OSPF/BGP/EIGRP/RIP/IS-IS) and VPN/MPLS environments.
• Experience with incident management, ticketing systems, and change management processes.
• Excellent communication, customer service and time-management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site or remote support for global TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS networks.
• Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco, Arista and Juniper devices.
• Interact with TAC and vendors for escalation and problem resolution.
• Lead incident triage, coordinate with NOC and engineering teams.
• Support change management activities and post-change validation.
• Maintain and update tickets, ensuring timely closure and customer assurance.
