Job summary

Transaction Network Services is seeking a skilled network professional to support the Financial Markets infrastructure. You will handle global TCP/IP, VPN, and MPLS networks, and troubleshoot complex routing issues while coordinating with vendors and the NOC.

The role requires hands-on configuration of Cisco, Arista, and Juniper devices, strong multitasking, and excellent communication with customers. A dedicated 24x7 on-call rotation is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of troubleshooting circuits and network operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, and MPLS networks with routing protocols.
• Experience configuring Cisco/Arista/Juniper devices and working with NOC teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide global TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS network support with routing protocol expertise.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco, Arista and Juniper routers/switches.
• Coordinate with Cisco/Juniper TAC and manage incident tickets.
• Perform second-level network troubleshooting and change management support.
• Offer 24x7 on-call escalation and work as part of a global rotating team.
