Job summary

Transaction Network Services seeks a skilled Network Operations Engineer to deliver on-site support for global IP and MPLS networks. You will troubleshoot complex routing issues, coordinate with vendors, and participate in 24x7 coverage as part of a global team.

The role requires strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, BGP/OSPF, and hands-on experience with Cisco, Arista, and Juniper gear, plus incident management capabilities. This is a field-facing position in the Financial Markets sector.

Qualifications

• Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco, Arista and Juniper routers and switches.
• Experience with IP routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, RIP, IS-IS).
• Proven ability to manage incidents and provide after-hours escalation support.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for global TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS networks.
• Open and triage incident tickets with vendor TAC when needed.
• Coordinate network maintenance and change management activities per policy.
