Job summary

Broadcom Software, part of the Agile Operations Division, seeks a Global Solution Architect for ValueOps in a remote capacity. You will partner with regional sales and solution engineering to drive adoption, growth, and new sales of enterprise software within a defined customer set.

You will design high-level strategies, create actionable blueprints, and deliver compelling content to C-suite and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years in the IT industry overall, with 10 years in the specific domain of enterprise IT.
• Experience in Project & Portfolio Management, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, Tokenomics, and Agile.
• Ability to articulate and present to technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Solution Engineer teams or partners to align with customer strategy and outcomes.
• Develop high-value, implementable blueprints and strategic roadmaps for customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to executives and stakeholders.
• Drive post-sale engagements to ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to deployment and adoption.
