Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a Director, MSP Sales Acceleration to lead a global team of MSP Channel Development Managers across regions. You will activate sales, enable partner programs, and drive demand with MSPs leveraging Cohesity's data security and management platform.

In this role, you will partner closely with MSP Account Executives and marketing teams, shaping activation motions in a consumption-based model. Travel as required and strong analytical skills are essential.

• Experience leading a quota-carrying channel sales team.
• Proven track record in MSP/MSSP activation motions.
• Comfort with consumption-based commercial models and partner commitments.
