Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a Director of MSP Sales Acceleration to lead a global team that activates MSP partners leveraging Cohesity’s data security and management platform. The role focuses on building demand, enabling partners, and driving successful launches with quarterly targets across regions.

Ideal candidates bring experience in channel sales leadership, MSP/MSSP enablement, and strong analytics to optimize KPIs and productivity. Travel and collaboration with marketing are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a distributed, quota-carrying channel sales team.
• Proven track record building sales acceleration motions for MSP/MSSP partners.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI-driven performance management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a global team of MSP Channel Development Managers across regions.
• Oversee handoffs from service creation to sales activation and first QBR.
• Lead enablement to sell Cohesity services without direct involvement by the vendor.
• Partner with MSP Account Executives on executive relationships, spend commitments and renewals.
• Coordinate with MSP sales & marketing teams to run campaigns, webinars, and in-person events.
• Develop and monitor partner coverage, maturity, and productivity KPIs.
