Job summary

Cohesity, Inc. is seeking a Director of MSP Sales Acceleration to activate MSP partner sales through a global team and enable scalable, repeatable selling of Cohesity services. You will drive partner engagement, define delivery standards, and partner with MSP Executives to convert commitments into demand and revenue.

The role requires strategic leadership across regions, leveraging AI tools to boost productivity, and close collaboration with marketing to run campaigns. Travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading distributed quota-carrying teams in channel sales.
• Track record building sales acceleration motions for partner-led sales.
• Innovative partner-led sales and marketing ideas driving demand and sales.
• Comfort with consumption-based models: commitments, pricing, usage-based overage.
• Experience with channel partner marketing campaigns and content.
• Strong analytical instincts for productivity metrics and KPIs.
• Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and sales effectiveness.
• Domain experience in data protection, cyber resilience, or security.
• Willingness to travel and professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Activate MSP partner sales at launches and enable sales activation.
• Lead the MSP Channel Development team globally (~8 managers).
• Develop partner coverage and delivery standards across regions.
• Measure partner spend depletion via joint acceleration activities.
• Collaborate with MSP Account Executives to drive end-customer demand.
• Engage with MSP Sales and Marketing teams to share best practices.
• Ensure Cohesity-inclusive marketing and sales campaigns with partners.
