Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Director to lead Global Mobility & Immigration (GMI). You will own the overall strategy and operating model, partner with Legal, Talent Acquisition, and other teams, and build a globally integrated GMI ecosystem across brands while balancing compliance and employee experience.

The role requires 10+ years in mobility/immigration, proven leadership in a multinational setting, and strong change-management skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in global mobility and/or immigration.
• Experience leading teams and owning strategy across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong cross-cultural fluency and change management experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive GMI’s global strategy and priorities.
• Own and evolve a global GMI operating model.
• Lead and develop pillar leaders in a globally distributed team.
• Own GMI’s vendor strategy to optimize cost and quality.
• Drive process improvements and tech roadmap for cases from intake to filing.
• Serve as escalation point for high-risk mobility and immigration issues.
