Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Director to lead Global Mobility & Immigration (GMI) with responsibility for strategy, operating model, and end-to-end delivery across the brand ecosystem. The role requires building a globally integrated GMI that balances compliance, scalability, and employee experience.

You will lead a distributed team, harmonize policies across brands, and partner with Legal, Talent Acquisition and senior stakeholders to enable growth while managing risk.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of global mobility and/or immigration experience.
• Experience leading teams and owning strategy across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong cross-cultural collaboration and change management experience.
• Strategic partner to senior stakeholders including Legal and Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive GMI’s global strategy and priorities.
• Evolve one global GMI operating model harmonizing policies and roles.
• Lead and develop pillar leaders across a globally distributed team.
• Own GMI’s vendor strategy for immigration and relocation.
• Drive the technology roadmap for case intake to visa filing.
• Serve as escalation point for high-risk mobility and immigration issues.
