Qualifications

• 10+ years leading global mobility, immigration, relocation, or mobility programs.
• Proven ability to transform mobility into strategic enablers.
• Strong understanding of global immigration processes and compliance.
• Ability to influence senior leaders across HR, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition.
• Experience managing global vendor ecosystems and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global team of mobility and immigration professionals.
• Develop and execute Expedia Group's global mobility and immigration strategy in alignment with business priorities, workforce planning, and talent acquisition objectives.
• Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition to support mobility programs.
• Design scalable mobility solutions for growth with emphasis on employee experience and compliance.
• Oversee immigration and mobility programs including work authorization and visa sponsorship.
• Establish governance frameworks that ensure consistent delivery, operational efficiency, and policy compliance.
• Drive program effectiveness through continuous process improvement and service optimization.
