Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. in Hartford, CT seeks a Director to lead Global Mobility & Immigration (GMI). You’ll own the global strategy, operating model, and performance end-to-end, ensuring compliance, scalability, and employee experience across the brand ecosystem.

You’ll manage a globally distributed team, partner with Legal, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations, and drive a modernized mobility and immigration workflow to handle increased volume and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive GMI's global strategy and priorities in alignment with People Operations and the broader business strategy.
• Own and evolve a single, scalable global GMI operating model across the DoorDash brand ecosystem.
• Lead and develop pillar leaders, building a culture of collaboration and accountability in a globally distributed team.
• Manage vendor strategy for immigration/relocation to control cost and quality as the program scales.
