Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience leading global mobility, immigration, relocation, or workforce mobility programs within complex multinational organizations.
• Proven ability to transform mobility functions into strategic business enablers.
• Strong understanding of global immigration processes, workforce mobility compliance requirements, payroll considerations, and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders across HR, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition.
• Experience managing global vendor ecosystems and complex stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of mobility and immigration professionals.
• Develop and execute Expedia Group's global mobility and immigration strategy.
• Advise HR and business leaders on mobility, international hiring, and talent deployment.
• Establish governance frameworks for mobility policy, risk management, and program design.
• Oversee immigration and relocation programs including work authorisation and sponsorship.
• Drive continuous process improvement and service optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate mobility risks across jurisdictions.
• Manage relationships with immigration, relocation, and mobility service providers.
• Leverage technology and analytics to measure program performance and cost.
