Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Global Immigration Manager to lead our global immigration program, shaping policy, strategy, and our vendor network to deliver scalable, compliant solutions that support growth and employee experience.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Head of Global Mobility & Immigration, and partner across Legal, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations to integrate immigration into business planning. 6–10 years of global immigration experience is required.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of global immigration experience across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience leading immigration programs in fast-paced, multinational environments.
• Proven ability to develop and mentor immigration professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead our global immigration strategy and policy, designing scalable frameworks.
• Oversee global immigration operations with strong focus on US immigration.
• Partner with Legal, Talent Acq, People Ops to align immigration with business planning.
• Drive vendor performance and process improvements for compliance and efficiency.
