DoorDash is seeking a Global Immigration Manager to lead our global immigration program, shaping policy, drive strategy, and manage our vendor network to ensure scalable and compliant solutions. You will report to the Senior Manager, Head of Global Mobility & Immigration as part of the Global People Operations team.

You’ll mentor immigration professionals, partnering with Legal, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations to align immigration with business planning and global workforce mobility.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of global immigration experience across US and EMEA.
• Led immigration programs in multinational, fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing immigration professionals and vendor performance.
