Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a senior specialist to lead high-impact mobility and immigration initiatives. You will translate complex legal and operational needs into scalable programs and durable controls, reporting to the Head of Global Mobility & Immigration and partnering across Legal, Corporate Development, Recruiting, People, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in corporate immigration or global mobility.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration (PERM, I-140, etc.).
• Experience building complex programs in multinational settings.
• Experience supporting M&A, restructurings, or new-market entry.
• Translate technical requirements into clear policies, controls, workflows.
• Proven cross-functional program leadership and stakeholder influence.
• Data-driven approach to compliance, visibility, and efficiency.
• Clear communication balancing employee experience with compliance.

Responsibilities

• Set the roadmap, governance, and operating model for priority mobility initiatives.
• Lead U.S. permanent residence strategy, including PERM planning and compliance.
• Own immigration and mobility workstreams for M&A, restructurings, and entry into new markets.
• Lead global expansion strategy ensuring work authorization and travel compliance.
• Build playbooks, risk assessments, and change-management plans.
• Partner with Legal, Corporate Development, Recruiting, People, Finance, and leaders.
• Establish dashboards and program-health measures for compliance and efficiency.
• Manage external counsel and vendor partners with SLAs and budgets.
• Use systems, automation, and AI tools to improve case handling and leadership visibility.
