Expedia Group is seeking a Director of Global Mobility & Immigration to lead strategy and execution of mobility programs. You will partner with HR, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition to design scalable, compliant solutions aligned with business needs.

You will build and guide a global team, leverage technology and analytics to drive efficiency, and manage vendors while ensuring exceptional employee experience across markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading global mobility/immigration programs.
• Proven ability to transform mobility into strategic enablers.
• Strong knowledge of immigration processes, compliance, payroll implications.
• Ability to influence senior leaders across HR, Legal, Finance.
• Experience managing global vendor ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global mobility and immigration strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead and develop a global team of mobility professionals.
