Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Global Immigration Manager to lead the global immigration program, shape policy, and manage our worldwide vendor network. You’ll report to the Senior Manager, Head of Global Mobility & Immigration, and mentor immigration professionals within Global People Operations.

You’ll partner across Legal, Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, and People Operations to integrate immigration into business planning and mobility strategies, ensuring scalable and compliant delivery

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of global immigration experience across multiple jurisdictions (US & EMEA).
• Led immigration programs in multinational, fast-paced environments balancing compliance and employee experience.
• Experience managing immigration professionals and driving vendor performance and accountability.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with ability to simplify complexity.
• Think strategically but execute details and drive results.
• Curious about using AI tools to enhance efficiency and insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead global immigration strategy and governance frameworks aligned with business goals.
• Oversee global immigration operations, including direct accountability for US immigration, ensuring compliance and excellence.
• Develop immigration professionals and foster a culture of collaboration and learning.
• Partner with Legal, Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, and People Operations to integrate immigration into planning.
• Drive vendor performance and scalable initiatives to improve compliance and employee experience.
• Support M&A and new-market expansion with due diligence and operational readiness.
• Act as a trusted adviser and provide pragmatic guidance to stakeholders worldwide.
