Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Global Mobility Lead to design and run programs that enable employees to join, move, and work across borders. You’ll own mobility policies, immigration casework, and vendor relationships, partnering with Legal, Finance, and People Ops for compliant, well-supported cross-border moves.

You will manage end-to-end mobility cases, from scoping and cost estimates to immigration sequencing, payroll setup, and post-arrival support, while ensuring

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in global mobility and immigration casework.
• Fluency in US employment-based immigration and at least one other major jurisdiction (UK, EU, or Canada).
• Strong analytical skills with ability to build defensible cost/risk models.
• Sound judgment on escalation to Legal and risk exposure.
• Excellent written communication for policies, letters, and executive briefings.

Responsibilities

• Own mobility policy suites including relocation, transfers, and cross-border work arrangements.
• Manage immigration casework with counsel, from intake to closure and communication.
• Oversee right-to-work compliance across jurisdictions (I-9, E-Verify, etc.).
• Model and track mobility costs and vendor performance.
• Build and maintain mobility dashboards and reporting pipelines.
• Create employee-facing documentation to explain moves and pay decisions.
