Job summary

Perplexity is seeking an experienced Global Mobility Lead to design and operate programs that help employees join, move, and work across borders. You will own mobility policies, immigration casework with outside counsel, vendor relationships, and partner with Legal, Finance, and People Ops to ensure compliant, well-supported cross-border moves.

This role also builds data tracking, dashboards, and cost models to enable leadership to make informed sponsorship decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in global mobility with ownership of cross-border moves.
• Fluency in US immigration and another major jurisdiction (UK/EU/Canada).
• Strong analytical capabilities with HRIS and spreadsheets.
• Ability to draft policies, letters, and executive briefs.

Responsibilities

• Own mobility policy suite end to end including relocations and international assignments.
• Run individual mobility cases from scoping to landing.
• Manage immigration casework with outside counsel across multiple visa types.
• Oversee right-to-work compliance in US/UK/EU.
• Model mobility costs and vendor relationships.
• Build mobility data tracking and dashboards.
