Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Immigration Program Manager to support growing immigration and global mobility programs. You will be the primary contact for visa-sponsored employees, handling case management, compliance, and a high-touch experience, while supporting relocations and international expansion.

You’ll collaborate with immigration counsel and multiple teams to improve processes, reporting, budgeting, vendor management, and program administration across a global workforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing immigration for EMEA, APAC, and AMER.
• Deep expertise in U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for immigration inquiries and strategy.
• Manage a high-volume portfolio across US, EMEA, JAPAC, LATAM.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on petition prep and audits.
• Track work authorizations and renewals for foreign employees.
• Assess sponsorship feasibility for hires and transfers.
• Develop resources, playbooks, and training for stakeholders.
• Monitor regulatory changes, reporting, dashboards, and I-9 compliance.
