Zusammenfassung

Perplexity is seeking an experienced Global Mobility Lead to build and run our cross-border mobility programs. You will own policies, immigration casework, and vendor relationships, partnering with Legal, Finance, and People Ops to ensure moves are compliant, supported, and seamless.

You’ll manage end-to-end mobility from policy design to post-arrival support, coordinate with outside counsel for visa cases, and develop cost models and dashboards that inform leadership decisions.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in global mobility with direct ownership of cross-border moves.
• Fluency in US employment-based immigration and at least one other major jurisdiction.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/HRIS reporting; build defensible models.
• Good judgment on risk and escalation to Legal when needed.
• Excellent written communication for policies and executive recommendations.
• Comfort with ambiguity, high volume, and shifting priorities.

Aufgaben

• Own mobility policy suite end to end: relocation, transfers, assignments, remote work, travel thresholds.
• Run mobility cases from scoping to landing: cost estimates, payroll setup, relocation logistics.
• Manage employment-based immigration casework with outside counsel across visa types.
• Own daily immigration intake and case execution, including documents and sign-offs.
• Own right-to-work compliance across jurisdictions (I-9, E-Verify, UK share-code checks).
• Decide entity/employment model for new markets with Finance and Legal.
• Own mobility vendor stack (immigration counsel, relocation, tax, global payroll).
• Model and track mobility costs and sponsorship approvals.
• Build tracking layer and stand up dashboards for mobility data.
• Write employee-facing documentation to make moves and pay decisions explainable.
