Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in immigration and mobility case management processes and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong proficiency in mobility case management systems and vendor coordination processes.
• Able to advise non-specialist stakeholders on complex immigration matters in plain language.
• Experience managing external vendors, including SLA oversight and performance management.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and immigration/mobility case management tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the organization's primary point of contact and internal expert for all US and international immigration matters, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories.
• Manage end-to-end immigration case lifecycles with external counsel, including filings and milestones.
• Explain immigration and relocation plans and policy interpretations to employees, HRBPs, and leaders with documented timelines and responsibilities.
• Coordinate with HR, Legal, Tax, Payroll, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to track and report mobility-related activity.
• Anticipate renewal deadlines and lifecycle risks with proactive calendars and issue escalation.
