Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Global Mobility Manager to manage day-to-day US immigration petitions and relocation support. You will coordinate with immigration vendors, internal teams, and employees to ensure compliant processing and timely hiring timelines.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving. The position offers exposure to a fast-paced SaaS environment with opportunities to improve processes and leverage automation within immigration

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in immigration support or global mobility.
• Experience preparing and coordinating visa petitions documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for non-specialists.
• Proficiency with Office tools and immigration software platforms.
• Understanding US immigration compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end US immigration case processing, including preparation and coordination with vendors and legal partners.
• Prepare and organize documentation for visa petitions and employment-based immigration.
• Coordinate wet signature collection from employees and signers for forms and petitions.
• Maintain accurate case files and timelines, meeting deadlines and compliance requirements.
• Track petition status with vendors and government agencies; provide updates to stakeholders.
• Support US work authorization verification and I-9 compliance processes.
• Serve as primary point of contact for employees navigating immigration and relocation matters.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition on immigration-related logistics.
• Manage relocation logistics, including vendor coordination and policy compliance.
• Identify process bottlenecks and propose improvements; stay current on immigration law changes.
