Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading US immigration or global mobility programs in multinational settings.
• Deep knowledge of employment-based visas (H-1B, L-1, EB categories) and compliance.
• Proven ability to scale immigration programs to support growth and hiring velocity.
• Experience leveraging technology, automation, and data analytics to improve outcomes.
• Strong understanding of US immigration law and related vendor management.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders across HR, Legal, Tax, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute US immigration strategy aligned with business growth and hiring objectives.
• Oversee vendor ecosystem, lead RFPs, and ensure cost efficiency and service scalability.
• Lead immigration readiness for new entities, acquisitions, and cross-border equity considerations.
• Advise People leadership on immigration trends and policy changes.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Tax, and Finance to align programs.
• Develop scalable solutions balancing employee experience with compliance and efficiency.
• Own end-to-end US immigration case processing and employee communications.
• Create policies and frameworks compliant with federal regulations and business needs.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and ROI for immigration programs.
