Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in immigration and mobility case management processes and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong proficiency in mobility case management systems and vendor coordination processes.
• Ability to advise non-specialist stakeholders on complex immigration matters in plain language.
• Experience managing external vendors with SLA oversight and performance management.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and immigration/mobility case management tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for US and international immigration matters and case lifecycles.
• Coordinate with external immigration counsel to initiate filings and milestones.
• Explain plans and policy interpretations to employees and leaders with timelines and responsibilities.
• Partner with HR, Legal, Tax, Payroll, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to track mobility activity.
