Wiley seeks a Manager, Immigration & Global Mobility to serve as the primary expert and operational lead for US and international relocations. You will manage immigration case workflows and coordinate with external counsel, HR, Tax, Payroll and Legal to enable timely, compliant assignments.

In this role you will own cross‑functional processes, oversee vendor relationships, and contribute to global mobility strategy and compensation initiatives within the People Organization.

Formación

• Experience in US immigration processes and mobility case management.
• Ability to advise stakeholders in plain language on complex immigration matters.
• Experience managing external vendors with SLA oversight and performance management.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and migration/case management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the organization's primary expert for US and international immigration matters.
• Manage end-to-end immigration case lifecycles with external counsel.
• Coordinate with HR, Legal, Tax, Payroll, Finance, and Talent Acquisition on mobility activity.
• Proactively track renewal deadlines and case lifecycle risks.
• Recommend process improvements for immigration, relocation, and assignment workflows.
• Own workstreams within People Organization initiatives and support compensation-related activities.
