Job summary

INNIO Group is seeking a U.S. Global Mobility Expert to own end-to-end immigration and outbound mobility from the U.S. to the EU and other destinations. You will partner with HR, EU teams, Tax and Legal to ensure compliant, timely handling of immigration and mobility matters.

You will build internal capability, design processes, and responsibly use AI tools to support standard cases while escalating complex matters to counsel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, International Business, Global Mobility or a comparable field.
• Professional experience in U.S. immigration, global mobility, HR, legal or a related field.
• Experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and case-management skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate U.S. immigration and work authorization processes, including visa categories.
• Oversee outbound immigration from the U.S. to EU and other destinations for short-term assignments.
• Coordinate with EU Global Mobility Team, HR, Tax and Legal stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and increased internal ownership of immigration processes.
