Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Director to lead Global Mobility & Immigration (GMI). You will own the global strategy, operating model, and performance end-to-end, ensuring compliance, scalability, and strong employee experience across our brand ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of global mobility/immigration experience.
• Experience leading teams and owning strategy across US, EMEA, APAC.
• Proven track record building/scaling global mobility/immigration functions.
• Strong cross-cultural fluency and change management experience.
• Trusted partner to Legal, Talent Acquisition, People Partners, and senior leadership.
• Curiosity about applying AI/tools to improve efficiency and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive GMI’s global strategy and priorities.
• Own and evolve a single, scalable global GMI operating model.
• Lead and develop pillar leaders across a globally distributed team.
• Own GMI’s vendor strategy for immigration and relocation.
• Drive process improvements and tech roadmap from intake to visa filing/relocation.
• Serve as escalation point for high-risk cross-functional mobility issues.
