Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Director to lead Global Mobility & Immigration (GMI). This remote role can be located anywhere on the US East Coast. You will own GMI’s strategy, operating model, and performance end-to-end, aligning with business growth while ensuring compliance and an exceptional employee experience.

You will manage a globally distributed team, partner with Legal, TA, and People partners, and shape a scalable, integrated GMI function across our brand ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in global mobility and/or immigration.
• Experience leading teams and owning strategy across multiple jurisdictions (US/EMEA/APAC).
• Track record of building or scaling a global mobility/immigration function in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive GMI's global strategy and priorities.
• Evolve a single global operating model across brands.
• Lead and develop pillar leaders in a globally distributed team.
• Own vendor strategy and consolidate immigration/relocation vendors.
• Drive process improvements and technology roadmap for end-to-end case handling.
• Serve as escalation point for high-risk mobility/immigration issues and partner with Legal and Talent teams.
