Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Director to lead Global Mobility & Immigration (GMI). You will own strategy, operating model, and performance end-to-end, unifying a globally distributed team and partnering with Legal, TA, and other stakeholders to enable growth while ensuring compliance.

You will shape a scalable, cross-brand GMI ecosystem and drive a high-impact operating model across our footprint. You’ll report to the Sr.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in global mobility and/or immigration.
• Experience leading teams and owning strategy across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong cross-cultural fluency and change management experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive GMI’s global strategy and priorities aligned with business.
• Evolve a single global operating model across brands.
• Lead pillar leaders and nurture a collaborative, accountable culture.
• Manage vendor strategy for immigration and relocation to control cost/quality.
• Drive technology roadmap to streamline case intake, filing, and relocation.
