You will lead client engagement, strategic account development and major pursuit efforts, coordinating interdisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions. You will manage relationships with key mining clients and partners, translate market signals into strategic priorities, and influence investment plans across geographies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor-level degree in engineering, geology, environmental science or business or equivalent.
• Professional registration or equivalent senior mining-industry experience.
• Proven success in winning high-value multidisciplinary mining assignments.
• Experience across multiple commodities, geographies and mine life-cycle stages.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global business development strategy to grow bookings, revenue, backlog and market share.
• Build strategic client relationships and serve as trusted advisor to mining companies and partners.
• Lead capture planning and proposal strategy for high-value mining opportunities.
• Shape market strategy based on commodity outlooks and regulatory drivers.
• Coordinate across HDR groups to deploy integrated mining solutions and teams.
